All our team members have to provide us with comprehensive references from their former employers, which we check out in detail. Many of our team members also have CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) certification, and they are all happy for our customers to carry out police checks on them if required.
Local Cleaners 4 U Ltd are committed to environmental safety. Wherever possible we select environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe and effective for cleaning. We also use cleaning methods that minimise the risk of environmental contamination and safeguard public health, as well as following proper disposal procedures for waste.
For all of our services team members are provided with a comprehensive check list of items and areas for cleaning. You can of course discuss any particular requirements with us and we will be happy to provide a bespoke checklist for your property which your cleaner/s will then work to.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the standard of work, please let us know as soon as soon as possible – ideally within 48 hours. A senior member of the team will discuss the issues with you and wherever possible we will revisit the property to ensure the work is completed to your satisfaction at no additional cost.
We will also work with the team member to ensure their performance lives up to your expectations. If you are a regular client we will also allocate a different team member to clean your house if required.
For most of our services we will provide all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment. But if you have preferred products that you would like us to you use, then you may supply your own.
Whilst all of our cleaners will ensure that your property and possessions are handled with extra care, we provide additional reassurance by holding public liability insurance of up to £2,000,000.
A one-off deep clean is a tailored cleaning service that takes place whilst your belongings are in the property. We will clean them, under them and around them.
Whilst our team will have checklist of typical items and areas to be cleaned, you specify your needs and our team will tailor the cleaning to your requirements.
Our goal with deep cleans is to ensure that all areas of the property that have been agreed for cleaning are immaculate and your needs and expectations have been met.
End of tenancy cleaning takes place after your belongings have been removed from the property. Our team are highly experienced and know the requirements of the inventory clerks inspecting your property when you move out. So we operate to a checklist of items for cleaning including standard appliances (fridge, freezer and oven). Carpet cleaning can be booked at an additional discounted rate.
Our goal with the end of tenancy cleaning is to ensure your landlord ends up with an immaculately clean and tidy property and you receive as much of your deposit back as possible.
