Our After Builders Service is a thorough cleaning top-to-bottom of your property. Leave the mess to our professionals to deal with. We will provide equipment, tools and cleaning products to deal with deeply embedded dirt and any tough stains in carpets. Builders dust and left over building materials* will be removed from floors and surfaces. Plaster and paint flecks will be eliminated and we will return your property to a fresh and spotless condition.

After builders cleaning is designed to remove the dust and dirt that is left over after building work or renovation.
Deep cleaning will be carried out to clean and remove fine builders’ dust, paint and plaster splashes. We can also remove any plastic protective film and left over building materials subject to our waste carriers registration requirements.
After builders cleaning includes wet or dry cleaning and mopping of all surfaces you might expect such as counter tops, cupboards, drawers, windows and sills and floors, but also hard to reach places where building dust can accumulate such as skirting boards, on top of doors and cupboards, behind appliances and inside vents etc. Our team uses our comprehensive after builder’s cleaning checklist to ensure the cleaning is through and done to the highest standards and all cleaning products and equipment are supplied by us.
We will hoover all carpets with our high-powered vacuums as standard but if you require carpet steam cleaning we can provide this at an additional discounted price when booked together with an after builders clean.
Please be advised that we neither wash nor clean painted walls.
Also our standard after builders cleaning service doesn’t include cleaning the property’s exterior like gardens and garages, balconies or external windows but we will be happy to provide a quote for cleaning these areas.
We strongly recommend booking our after builders cleaning service about 24 hours after the builders have completed their work on your property to allow as much dust and debris to settle from the air before cleaning. We will be happy to clean any completed areas of your property while builders are still working on other parts. However, please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee the best results if there is more construction/renovation work to be done after the cleaning service.
We are happy to collect keys by pre-arrangement from contractors or a designated address. All our team members can be fully trusted with a set of your keys and any alarm codes if applicable. When not in use, your keys are stored securely at our Head Office, and signed in and out by team members only when needed to visit your property. All keys are returned promptly on job completion.
The cleaning time required for an after builders clean will very much depend on the property’s size/number of rooms that require cleaning, condition and whether you’ve added carpet cleaning or another professional service to your booking.
We provide all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment needed and our cleaners receive regular relevant training for use of equipment such as steps and electrical tools.
