We can clean almost any type of carpets that are suitable for wet cleaning. Whilst wool carpets may be wet cleaned, please note that these are particularly prone to shrinkage following hot water cleaning and therefore we do not encourage use of our cleaning method for these types of carpet.
Yes! Our high powered professional machine can also provide gentle but effective cleaning on rugs and sofas.
We will pre-treat stains before using the hot water extraction system and detergents for cleaning. In the most cases whilst we do not give a 100% guarantee that all staining will be removed, if our high grade equipment and detergents cannot remove it, nothing will!
For the best results we recommend that as much furniture is removed from the room or moved from the floor level prior to carpet cleaning. But we can clean around any furniture that cannot be moved.
As our hot water extraction system works by high pressure injection of hot water mixed with cleaning agents which are then sucked back into our specialised machine, your carpets will not be wet following cleaning. But they will remain damp and require approximately a few hours to become fully dry depending on the drying conditions. You can encourage quicker drying by leaving heating on and ventilating the room.
