Our end of tenancy cleaning services are much the same as our one-off cleaning services (insert link). However, they involve a complete clean of your rented property to prepare it for handing over to your landlord. We come to the address after your belongings are removed to do this cleaning.
End of tenancy cleaning includes cleaning of all areas you would expect to be cleaned but also all places commonly missed in regular cleaning, such as:

We know the requirements of the inventory clerks inspecting your property when you move out. Our team uses our comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning checklist to ensure the cleaning is done to the highest standards that landlords and estate agents require.
Our goal with an end of tenancy clean is to ensure your landlord ends up with an immaculately clean and tidy property and you receive as much of your deposit as possible.
We will hoover all carpets as standard but if you require carpet steam cleaning we can provide this at an additional discounted price when booked together with an end of tenancy clean.
Please be advised that we neither wash nor clean painted walls.
Also end of tenancy cleaning service doesn’t include cleaning the property’s exterior like gardens and garages or balconies but we will be happy to provide a quote for cleaning these areas.
We are happy to collect keys by pre-arrangement from contractors or a designated address. All our team members can be fully trusted with a set of your keys and any alarm codes if applicable. When not in use, your keys are stored securely at our Head Office, and signed in and out by team members only when needed to visit your property. All keys are returned promptly on job completion.
Generally we can provide advice and a quotation for end of tenancy cleaning either over the phone or by email. On occasions and if required we will be happy to call round to talk through your cleaning requirements face-to-face if you wish, with no obligation whatsoever.
The cleaning time required for a comprehensive end of tenancy clean for a house or flat will very much depend on the rental property’s size, condition and whether you’ve added carpet cleaning or another professional service to your booking.
