We know that hoarding is more than clutter and untidiness. It’s about mental health. Being able to reach out for help with hoarding can be an anxious, stressful and emotional time so we understand that a compassionate and understanding approach is required.
If you or someone you know requires help to restore their health and space, we can help with regaining order. Our team provide a sensitive and discrete service to help clear belongings and deep clean from top to bottom to your requirements.

Our one-off hoarders cleans are similar to a deep clean as cleaning will take place with some of your retained belongings in the property. However, before we start cleaning the property will be decluttered and as much as possible will need to be removed to allow access to all surfaces and areas for cleaning.
Each service is unique, so we will listen without judgement and with compassion to what your requirements are first and will prepare a specific checklist of tasks and cleaning requirements for our cleaners that will begin with sorting, removal and disposal of rubbish and hoarded items – this alone can take some time. We will then proceed carefully and compassionately with deep cleaning, reaching all neglected areas during the cleaning process to ensure your home is as clean as possible.
Like with our one-off deep cleaning service, this service is tailored to your needs. We will agree what items are for removal with you and how you would like them to be removed (stored or waste disposal) and whilst removing items, will check for any hazardous substances that will also need removing. Once decluttering has been completed our team will proceed to methodically deep clean. For deep cleaning we have a checklist of typical cleaning requirements which our cleaners follow but this is also customisable to your needs, which we will discuss with you prior to your clean.
We will hoover all carpets as standard but if you require carpet steam cleaning we can provide this at an additional discounted price when booked together with a one-off clean.
We are not currently able to offer biohazard cleaning. If the property requires more than deep cleaning ie is unsanitary and requires pest control or the removal of animal or human excrement or bodily fluids then these will need to be addressed separately prior to deep cleaning.
Please be advised that we neither wash nor clean painted walls.
Also our service doesn’t include cleaning the property’s exterior like gardens and garages, balconies or external windows but we will be happy to provide a quote for cleaning these areas.
Cleaning a hoarder house whilst someone is living in it can be extremely challenging. The person may need support such as counselling to address their hoarding and the reasons they have let their home get in to such a bad condition.
It may be possible for us to clean a hoarder house while the person/s are living in it but please consider what affect this may have on the individual. But it will be much easier for them and our cleaners if they are able to temporarily leave the property during the decluttering and cleaning process.
